Persea Clinic - Nutritional Therapy

Magdalena supported me during the diagnoses of Diabetes 2. She recommended to undergo specific tests with the GP who confirmed my condition. Persea clinic helped me to transition into a totally new way of eating which I love very much. It was very reasonable and achievable for me and didnt feel like a restrictive diet but more like a lifestyle change with the main focus on the elimination of sugar. She also helped me to understand how to interpret food labels and took me shopping to give me some ideas of what I could use in my cooking and healthy snacking. I received ongoing nutritional coaching which kept me in check and gave me a chance to discuss my concerns on a weekly basis. This sustainable way of losing weight helped me to get my blood sugar under control. After only 8 weeks I started noticing that my energy levels are back to normal, I can sleep through the night and the pain in my knees has gone. I feel much lighter and more energetic; this helps me to work more effectively during the day. I am still on my way to recovery but Magdalena helped me greatly!

Magda is such a lovely and helpful therapist. She responds to queries very fast and has such a wealth of knowledge to help you on your weight loss journey. Once you try your menu options right, you can't go wrong. A very good motivator, I highly recommend.

Magdalina deserves more than 5 stars. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I was in a very bad way after recovering from COVID-19. After taking long course of antibiotic and other medication I was left with SIBO ( small intestine bacteria overgrowth, urticaria ( skin hives) and food allergy. I contacted Magdalina and she helped me and guide me back to good health with natural remedy and nutritions advice. No more bloating, pain and feeling sick and no more skin hives or food allergy. Very impressive clinic. I was given 'homework' to fill in before the first meeting with Magdalena which was the basis of our long conversation. She created a plan for me, what tests to take, what supplements to take and she gently steered me in the direction of better health. Would highly recommend the clinic. I have been given very honest and realistic solutions to tackle some of my childs nutritional problems on a few occasions and Magdas positive attitude and professional knowledge has been outstanding experience for us with some great results.
