K & K Nails Sevenoaks

Had a 15 minute wait time which isn't awful however.. the staff were quite rude. I picked out my colour, and halfway through my appointment they told me they ran out, and didn't offer me the nails to pick a new colour and expected me to have a colour off the top of my head - so I have a colour that is not great. The person doing my nails was so rough, pushing my cuticles back with his own fingers (not an instrument - which I thought was a bit of a red flag, in terms of health and safety) that my fingers are now red and sore. The shape/length of the nails are slightly inconsistent and overall not awful, but nowhere near my usual salon's standard (who are cheaper too). I had to use KandK in an emergency as my salon was full - and i will not be returning. Service: Acrylic nails

Very rude and not friendly. Cheap price but customer service terrible...Will not be returning. Found another nail bar in Sevenoaks completely the opposite friendly and polite!!!
