        I WOULD LIKE TO THANK OFFICE STAFF, ESPECIALLY WILLIAM, FOR THE HELP AND ADVICE WHEN I WISHED TO CHANGE MY SCOOTER. I TOOK DELIVERY OF MY RASCAL CLASS 3 SCOOTER ON 2 MAY AND SO FAR I AM DELIGHTED WITH IT. I NOW WISH TO GIVE SPECAL THANKS TO MATT WHO DELIVERED THE SCOOTER, HE WAS EXREMELY FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOIUT THE SCOOTER, SHOWING ME ALL ASPECTS AND ENSURING I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING RELATING TO THE SCOOTER.         Had a scooter delivered unseen up to the Isle of Bute, Scotland. Steve was very helpful indeed setting the whole thing up for me and arranging delivery. The scooter arrived promptly, well packaged and exactly as described. I had a couple of worries about its performance but Vicky in repairs was patient and understanding and put my mind at rest after consulting with the engineers on site. Highly recommended buy with confidence.
