Lisa the nurse is brilliant! Im petrified of needles but she was so comforting when I had to have my injection. Shes lovely. Put me at ease Ill be making sure all my appointments with a nurse are with her from now on. Thank you

I recently had an appointment with Dr.Zhang. This was the first time I have seen him and I was really pleased with him. He has the same old fashioned bedside manner as Dr Hoffman. He really helped and I came away feeling confident that he understood my needs. I would have no hesitation seeing him again.

I will give ZERO star to the administrative staff if I could. The admin staff are rude and awful! They gave me a wrong NHS number when I first registered a GP in 2021, I realized that after I cannot login the NHS account in March 2022. NHS told me that the NHS number that allocated to me had been used by an existing user and clashed the medical records with him. I used 9 months to get back my NHS account and COVID vaccination record after all. I am lucky that I moved to another location and the staffs of the new GP surgery are nice and super helpful.

Absolutely amazing staff from reception to Dr's! I've always managed to get an appointment if I call on the day and if not the lovely receptionist's will do everything they can to try and get you in later or you can call again at 12. Denise and Jackie on reception have gone out of the way to help and the dr's and staff genuinely care here. If I could give them more stars I would, I have been a happy and satisfied patient here for more than 11 years. They are one of the few good doctors left , well done to all the staff on keeping it patient orientated
