Yes, that's right, this centre tested my late father's hearing and proceeded to sell him TWO (MANY thousands of pounds in cost) digital hearing aids DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE WAS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL A FEW MONTHS LATER WHERE THEY ESTABLISHED THAT HE WAS PROFOUNDLY DEAF IN ONE EAR. As a consequence a hearing aid of this nature would have made absolutely NO difference to his ability to hear.
My father has subsequently passed away but it angers me to know that these people are mis-selling to elderly people.
In a word, DISGUSTING!! I would DEFINITELY look elsewhere as it appears their main concern is grabbing as much money as they can.
