Great shop and helpful staff!

Very bad customer service. 4/5 staff engrossed in helping one customer. No one bothered to ask me if I needed help so spent a bit of time looking for my item. Staff were all standing in front of the counter when I went to pay, no one thought to ask the VIP customer to move, so meant I had to lean over stock to hand the item over. No chance of reaching the card machine (girl at till didnt bother to think to take it off the stand and hand over to me). Quite incensed at this point, decided didnt want to give them my custom so I left. Wont be going back.

Friendly and attentive staff, came in with our 3 kids and both member of staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about products. Highly recommend, products are not 'cheap', but very good! After living in Sevenoaks for over 35 years, pleased to have this independent store on the High Street.

I think we are fortunate to have this shop in Sevenoaks. A diagnosis with a serious illness has led me to shop there often over the last year and I've been very grateful for the team's knowledge and their helpfulness. A brilliant place, definitely five stars and thank you.
