Sunflower Lettings Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells

Horrible experience with this "agency". Super disorganized and dishonest. Loads of information missing at every point of their service. They've been around only when they needed to rent the flat and get the money. I left the flat (and the uk) months ago and still didn't get my deposit back, but I suppose I will never see that money. Stay away from them.

Sunflower Lettings has demonstrated a severe lack of proactive response to issues within the property. Despite multiple requests, they have not addressed issues such as black mold around window frames, door handles needing replacement, and an unusable bath. Additionally, they have failed to respond to a serious issue of a leak that went into the downstairs through the light fitting. Overall, if you're looking for a letting agent that will provide you with constant issues during your tenancy, Sunflower Lettings is the perfect choice.

Absolute seamless service! John was very accommodating and arranged a viewing very last minute. Whole process was a breeze and no stress whatsoever. Would recommend Sunflower Lettings to anyone looking to rent in the Sevenoaks area.
