I have recently moved to a property let by Cavendish and I cannot fault their service at all. From the viewing, through the referencing process and to finally moving in, Cavendish have been outstanding and they truly went above and beyond for me and my family. There were some delays and various hurdles during our referencing with an external company, but the team put so much care and effort in to getting these resolved and getting us into our home. I would highly recommend Cavendish to anyone needing their services and I would be glad to deal with them in the future should I ever be looking to rent again.

Highly recommend this lettings agency from a tenants experience. Megan has already gone above and beyond for us and weve only just moved in. Besides her lovely, down to earth and friendly nature, she is super efficient and her responses to requests are timeous. She even stuck around longer on move in day to help me with the installation of our washer/dryer and fridge and to keep me company otherwise I would have been alone with two men that I didnt particularly feel comfortable around. I barely had to ask her to stay, she responded of course, absolutely no worries. Thanks for everything Megan. Cavendish are lucky to have you!
