I sold my mother's house through Emma Tighe at Humberts while living in France and I cannot recommend her highly enough.Emma valued the house at 100,000 more than the rival estate agent whose opinion I had sought and then went on to over-achieve this at a very successful open day,the house was sold stc within a week of going on the market. Throughout the whole process Emma was polite,enthusiastic ,efficient and her communication was faultless.Whether by email,phone or What'sApp messaging,Emma responded very quickly and I found the sale of the property straight-forward and stress-free in her hands.

Couldnt recommend Humberts enough. We strongly considered using a cheaper, online company to market our home originally but we are so glad we opted for Humberts in the end. Our sale process was quite a stressful one and Emma and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help us through and resolve all the issues we faced along the way. We felt valued throughout, the communication was superb, their market knowledge was excellent, and we think they earned every penny of their commission! Would highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I recently sold through Humberts and worked with Will from the start - when he came to value my apartment, I was impressed by his market knowledge and his calm friendly demeanour. Following this, an asking price offer was achieved on day 1 of viewings. It is worth noting Humberts marketing materials are fantastic, including photos and the brochure. Throughout the process, Will was great to work with and always at the end of the phone to communicate with and provide updates. The small team at Humberts work closely so Emma was always available too when Will was on holiday. All in all, a throughly professional experience. Many thanks!
