Tacwise Group Plc

I am really pleased with the help I have received from Tacwise I purchased a electric stapler/ nailer about 10 years ago and it has worked really well it has not been used really hard but was all good when I needed it. I was just completing a job making some wire net panels when it really started to play up jamming and which was a pain. Any way I looked at the price of a new one (which was not that bad) but thought I would give them a call first I had taken it a part to see if I could see anything obvious but could not. Called one afternoon and the lady on the phone said the engineer was not in that day but she would get him to call me in the morning, well I thought that would be the last of that, the next morning just after 9am he call he could not be more helpful we when through everything and when I gave him the serial numbers thats when he told me it was 10 years + old at the time I thought about 4-5 years anyway. He said that really there was nothing he could do as they didnt do spares but as a good will gesture he would send me some second hand part to try as I said I was able to fit them he said he was not sure it would fix it but I had not lost anything. Well the parts arrived the next morning I fitted them the next morning well all worked well so thanks so much for all of your help I definitely would buy and us them again.

why manufacture a product (400els) if it is not fit for purpose? gun dose not sink nail even with excessive pressure.your sales literature does not advise to buy a hammer and nail punch to finish job.

my nailer was a few months out of warranty although it was little used i got in touch with Pete Tubb from Tacwise and explained it developed a fault i was asked to send them my receipt of purchase i was then asked to return it , today i received a brand new nailer and a selection of staples and nails at no cost to me. i'm often like most people who moan when they get poor service but i have to say my experience with Tacwise has been excellent i thoroughly recommend them and the guy i got in touch with Pete Tubb thank you. Bought a nailer several years ago, great product!! Lent it to my son, who returned it minus the protective "nose". Gun now superseded model by quite a while and no spares available. HOWEVER - Customer Service took my name etc, and have, after I guess 9 months found a replacement part and mailed it to me, free of charge. FANTASTIC customer focus and aftersales. This company has achieved the ultimate reward - a Customer who is thrilled to bits. Thank you "A".
