Absolutely appalled with this company. The paperwork wasn't explained at all, the worst bit is that they tried to charge 380 in extra fees that we has already opted out of (will-making service) or weren't applicable to us (fee to exchange and complete within 10 days of each other which we didn't!). So many additional hidden costs, please be wary of this and check your invoice as this was the only reason I found out. It took so long to exchange and complete even though we are first time buyers and there was no chain. We only used this company as we were recommended by the estate agents and we feel so let down, you'd think paying their high fees would get you a better service but clearly not. Also we were told we had a share of the freehold but found out after moving in that the other flat owners are still fighting to get the freehold transferred to them, surely the solicitors should have picked up on this? So disappointed with the service, what a waste of money.

We used Taylor Rose as our solicitors for our first move and they were so helpful! We had Jess as our main point of contact who was extremely kind, professional and never made anything feel like a problem. She worked so hard for us and was always around to answer any questions that we were confused about (and there was a lot). I would highly recommend using them, worth every penny!

The conveyancing services received from Taylor Rose MW were at all times professionally undertaken, timely and informative. There was always advice available to hand when needed. Though this may well be our last move, we would not hesitate to recommend this highly professional company to others.

I would like to thank Philip Scarles for everything that he has done on my behalf. He and his team worked tirelessly on my Personal Injury claim, which they took over from a well known Insurer with a Law subsidery. I had problems with the whole process due to my health. Ravandeep who is under Sharon Bell was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me time to talk and explained things very well to me. She was very reassuring and also very fair. She even said that we should weigh up whether it was worth paying out for a solicitor depending on what I would gain in return from the case. These people are very easy to work with as well as being, trustworthy and excellent Solicitors.
