The rudest solicitor I've ever came across. Would not even bother to instruct if they speak to customers with digracefull attitude!

Very rude staff and totally unprofessional. Whilst calling me I could hear they were watch TV in the background whilst working from home. Also to use such appalling language was totally unprofessional, youd like to think they had a better vocabulary

Contacted Baker Macdonald Solicitors this morning with an urgent request for a meeting today to discuss a personal matter, which required confirmation of documents and witnessing of statements. We were in his meeting room within 2 hours. We were met by his assistant who followed all the Covid precautions before being greeted by Mr Baker. He was most efficient with our business and gave us the appropriate advice. This is not the first time we have Baker Macdonald Solicitors and I would thoroughly recommend them for their services.

My experience is similar to that of Valerie Palmer - a simple probate and house sale. The warnings were all over the initial letter of engagement, we should have walked away then, way too many careless mistakes, to the extent that the gender of the senior partner changed 3 times in a single paragraph! Phone calls not answered, deadlines missed, when I wanted to complain I was promised a callback which never came. The final straw was when our solicitor admitted that if I'd not chased and chased her a second house sale would have been needlessly delayed and probably lost! Nobody needs this amount of added stress and has the time to waste particularly during an already difficult period in your life.
