        One of the best true Karate schools I have trained in over the past many years of my martial arts journey. Shihan Ray Bond and the senior instructors possess a wealth and depth of knowledge of Kyokushin Karate in the manner that it should be taught. The club is very friendly and encompasses the right mindset of respect and camaraderie. Very demanding training without the macho/ego environment.

        Shihan Ray Bond has dedicated his whole Life to Kyokushinkai Karate and it shows with the knowledge he passes onto his students. I couldnt ask for a better instructor. And I dont think I could find one if I tried.
