We had asked Avery to measure and quote for a number of blinds. The earliest appointment they had was 2 weeks away. They then failed to show up on the day. We rescheduled, again 2 weeks away, and the appointment was missed again. In the meantime we visited their shop in Sevenoaks where even the most basic questions (what timber are your venetian blinds made of) could not be answered and we were just given the supplier catalog to read about it ourselves. Overall a lack of courtesy and professionalism which cost us 4 weeks with nothing to show for.
