Terrible. No communication from them. 6 months after an accident, they've still not contacted the person at fault. If possible, AVOID.

Avoid these, so difficult too deal with, and find any excuse too take money off your claim AVOID!!!!!

AVOID-This is by far the worse insurance company out there. They offer NO personal support, even though they are your insurer. They are rude and unprofessional. All they want is your money and should a claim be made, they make your life hell!

Absolutely shocking company, their insured driver plowed into the back of me whilst I was stationary on the motorway whilst looking down at his phone. 3 whole weeks had passed and they wrote my car off, received a payout then they arrange a bodyshop to contact me to repair my car?? I get told due to the lack of garages and engineers it's easier to write a car off than sometimes have it checked. I made 27 calls to check for an update and only ever received 2 calls back. Will he pursuing legal advice for an absolutely diabolical time. Avoid at all costs!!!
