        Although buying the structural warranty online wasn't difficult the company Approved Consultant are very poor. It has been a struggle all the way along The office didn't contact me and I have never received any requests for any information. As a result of this I received a remedial form full of highlighted sections requiring answers. I feel I am in the middle or the 'so what' building industry. I am just a private individual dealing with an industry with a bad attitude
