        Trying to charge me 500 for not ringing them within 24 hours of an minor accident ?? Luckily I did call them and then they still try say I didnt. One of the worse insurance companies I have been with and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. FRAUDS / MONEY TAKING THEIFS / worse customer service on call, they dont understand the customers concern , all they want is money , wouldnt take a policy out with them ever again

        Shockingly bad service, takes for ever to answer the phone, leaves you on hold for eternity, does not represent you, they only want the quick way out, discusting service, will never use or recommend to anyone
