        Huge thanks to Richard who stitched my hand and applied glue to stop the bleeding after Id accidentally stabbed myself with a sharp knife trying to open packaging. He was professional, a good communicator,funny and skilled. Everybody I dealt with were pleasant and caring -sure there was quite a wait but otherwise excellent service- thank you
