Adrian replaced an old conservatory with a one-storey extension in the Bradbourne Lakes area. He was utterly reliable throughout; his cost estimate was spot on, the work was finished ahead of time. Adrian and Paul were a pleasure to work with, and all the specialist sub-contractors were very good, local, and efficiently scheduled. We lived in the property throughout, and trusted Adrian with the keys to finish the work over the holidays. We'd definitely use Adrian again and can highly recommend him.

We chose Adrian Bunton Building Contractors for our loft conversion and living room remodeling on recommendation from friends. We have been very happy with their work, expertise and flexibility throughout the project. We were especially impressed with their ability to come up with realistic, workable solutions to all of the inevitable issues that come from a large home improvement project. The end results have been well worth the (considerable) upheaval and would use them again for future home improvement projects.

Adrian Bunton has just completed a garage conversion for me. I have been very happy with the excellent professional service throughout. Keeping me up to date on progress and informed at each stage of the development. Reliable and very trustworthy having previously complete another project for me in the past also. We were looking for a local builder to complete a modern double storey extension in the Bradbourne Lakes area of Sevenoaks. Somebody locally recommended Adrian and Paul Bunton who do a lot of work in the area. From the moment we met Adrian we trusted him completely and he is was professional from start to finish. He helped us with ideas and as Adrian knows all the local trades and how the building regulation process works, he helped make the process simple and he kept us well informed of what to expect throughout. We have two young children in the house and their professionalism with the children was exceptional. So much so after 5 months of work our kids miss seeing them! Adrian gave us a start date several months in advance of when we were ready to build and he started on the exact day he told us. Even more impressive, was he got the exact week of completion right as well. He was quick, reliable, clean (important as we lived in the house throughout) and we couldn't have asked for more from Adrian /Paul and we 'e delighted with the end result. On time and on budget. It's also really nice seeing him out locally and knowing we have a great contact who can help us / recommend other services if we need them. It makes you feel connected to the local building community.
