Went with my partner to get their haircut. Our hairdresser said she would be with us in one minute. She proceeded to sit down next to us with what we gathered was a hair product sales man. They talked about shampoo for 15 minutes with us just sitting there. So 20 minutes after we got there she finally saunters over and started cutting my partners hair. And the hair cut was very far from what we asked for. My partner felt unlistened to and very not welcome. We were the only people in there and I felt like I was being judged by all the staff. The haircut was fine but not at all what was asked for at all. Had really high hopes for this chain.
