        Very rude, disrespectful and obnoxious. Ive overheard my partner on the phone to them and I could not believe how rude the lady was to her. We really need our double glazing done in this freezing cold weather and she had a random phone call from the guy saying will be there in 20 minutes with no warning or notice. We had friends over. The lady on phone said they were trying to be helpful. That type of notice is extremely unhelpful. She was so unprofessional in response and so rude to my partner. I dont know why she thought she could speak to my partner in that manner. Absolutely disgusting
