        My family and I have been overwhelmed by the care, kindness and support provided by the whole team at Francis Chappell and especially by Karen and Stuart. Having not left the house for many months due to caring for my husband, Karen and Stuart offered to come and visit us at home in order to make the arrangements and guide us through planning for the funeral. This was such a relief and made the whole process so much more bearable at such a sad and difficult time. We were supported at every step in the most calm, sensitive and professional way and we have all hugely appreciated everything, especially the follow-up calls and support after the funeral. "Thank you" does not express our gratitude, but it is all that we have and is sincerely meant.
