One Stop

The customer service I experienced here was outstanding, I had 2 parcels to post a the end of the day, and the assistant 'Bash' was amazing, just gone 5pm and she not only ensured they were ready to go for the next day, even managed to give them to the post lady who was leaving. I am not that local, but will make a point of using their shop from now on. Thank you.

The company employs rude arragont managers that think they are above everyone else they swear at their collegues and make them quit. Have a work group WhatsApp and then singles you out on it to make you feel small. Still that step in manager is at Onestop in Sevenoaks I would avoid as shes also been rude to customers.

I witnessed the female store staff refuse to serve a blind lady as she couldnt walk straight. She was utterly rude and called her drunk. Staff need training on how to deal with disabled people. Completely rude staff could see the customer with a cane to help guide her and the store staff called her drunk and refused to serve her in the shop. Unacceptable behaviour towards people with extra needs staff need training
