I engaged Universal Home Build initially to carry out a survey of a house I manage showing signs of dry rot. Dry rot was confirmed and the extent of the damage required the whole ground floor of the house to be replaced including external and internal damp proofing, new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring including the plumbing and electrics. This was a 6 month + project. Everyone on the team were professional, communicative and helpful ensuring I was updated throughout. I used Universal Home Build to repair / rebuild my patio which also doubles as the roof of my garage and basement. The rain used to leak through and was causing some internal damage. Very pleased with the work,they have done a superb job, there was a problem after they had finished and a small leak came back after some heavy rain and a frost, they very quickly fixed the problem. I think the mark of a good company is how quick they respond when something goes wrong. I would definitely recommend Universal Home Build.
