We used Sheffords for our first home purchase. Jeremy took his time talking us through our options for the home survey (Levels 1, 2, 3). He completed the survey himself and took us through the key items of the report, answering any questions we had. Although more expensive than competitors, Sheffords have been worth the premium and would definitely recommend.

We'd heard great things about Sheffords' house surveys and were not disappointed. Ed did our survey and was incredibly thorough. He uncovered several things that the previous buyer was very fustrated about because his surveyor (who had done theirs only a couple of years previously) never spotted. The resulting report was comprehensive, clear and helpful - and enabled us to successfully negotiate a fair price for the house. Would highly recommend Sheffords and would definitely use again.

I have recently had a level 2 House Survey by Sheffords Sevenoaks. They have been absolutely excellent to deal with and all the staff I dealt with were extremely professional highly competent and friendly. Louisa carried out my survey and it was insightful and comprehensive and of great practical value. I also spoke with her to clarify a few issues and she again really added value. I highly recommend this company.

We recently worked with Ed at Sheffords on the survey of our new property, and we found him to be incredibly helpful and thorough, and would highly recommend. Highly recommend Sheffords, they have supported me through 2 surveys. They talked me through every thing on both surveys and offered practical and grounded advise much needed when purchasing for the first time. I can not rate them highly enough. The price is fare and they give their time willingly to best support their client. Well done and Im so thankful for their support.
