Sevenoaks Box Fit

My favourite local boxing gym! Andy and Paul are great coaches to train with. Highly recommend if well-being is a focus for you.

I've been attending Sevenoaks Box Fit classes for three years and you simply cannot get a better workout. It's a fantastic class/gym which will really challenge you but in a very friendly, positive, inclusive atmosphere. Andy and Paul are experts and incorporate just the right amount of variety so that no two classes are ever exactly the same or ever boring. Outstanding value for money also. The gym is a brilliant community asset which Sevenoaks is lucky to have.

This gym isn't like an average gym, It's unique in many ways no machines just you & the trainers who are outstanding, they will help in every possible way they can. This gym will teach you real techniques not only boxing. They push you to your best you keep going and can't give Up I couldn't think of a more motivating way to get fit & loose those extra pounds. They offer a varied timetable of classes so you don't have to miss out if u can't make it to one there will be another class that suits you. Get down there u don't know what your missing!!

I have been attending this gym for 3 years now. I goto the boxfit classes and have had individual PTs. This isn't your average ordinary gym. This place is unique. Both Andy & Paul are brilliant at what they do. They push you to your limits to help you become the best version of yourself. They have a wealth of experience and an amazing sense of humour. This place is my 2nd home. I always feel a million dollars when I walk out of their doors.
