Unfortunately I first selected one of those online drawing providers for my project who promptly got me a planning refusal and were not interested in sorting it out for me. Then I had the good fortune to come across AK Studios. Amna is a real qualified architect and it shows. Her knowledge and experience immediately gave me confidence that this was someone who knew what they were talking about. Her service is extremely prompt and very competitively priced. Plans were produced and submitted for approval very quickly. We received our planning permission for our project and despite the planning department being particularly picky and awkward Amna has dealt with it all for us with very little effort from ourselves. Would have no hesitation in recommending Amna and AK Studios.

Really easy, seamless service right from the measurements appointment to the follow up consultations and final submission. We needed a garage conversion planning application approval for our house in Blackheath. Amna is very knowledgeable and is always available to not just do the job but also offer advice. Building work is terribly stressful but this was by far the easiest part of the process!
