I would avoid at all cost. clearly they do not operate in a professional manner. they are submitting Universal credit claims prior to handing the keys over to the tenant. getting tenants to sign agreements and make them wait days before actually giving them access to the property. Spoke to the director Henry, to discuss the above matter as the tenant he is housing was an ex tenant of ours which we always try and support for a swift transfer. I was told that ''This is not your problem and that he will deal with the tenant directly''
