        Honestly all 3 staff had no clue how to renew driving licence they handed me D1 form, I went to Hoxton it took 7min assiant took a photo and took my licence paid 21.50 done

        I visited this branch for the first time last week. Both staff members were lovely, especially Alisha who went out her way to assist me. A pleasant and welcoming experience, excellent customer service and friendly staff.

        I've been in the uk for 20 years and i've never had this type of customer service before, every time i enter the post office i get greeted by Sentha and Arife and they always greet me with a smile and they treat me in a professional manner. All im saying is you are very lucky to have Sentha and Arife working there and i'm very happy with the customer service, ill always be coming here.
