Diabolical service, no communication re delays with my glasses. 2nd pair still not received as had to chose a different frame due to being told the original one I picked broke in the lab, was only advised this on the day I picked up my order. . No apology for the delay until I lodged a complaint and it was a half hearted apology. Should have stayed with the Tottenham branch who previously provided an excellent service.

What a difference a year makes (see below)! Had a very positive experience last year but an awful experience this time. The sales assistant signed me up to an eye imaging examination without asking. I am diabetic and do not require this type of examination at Specsavers. The NHS performs this eye test for me annually. I know Specsavers is a business but I fail to see how signing people up to eye examinations they don't need is the way forward for any business. I cancelled the appointment before the date it was scheduled to be carried out. I did not receive a refund. 2022: Had a very positive experience at this branch of Specsavers. The prescription I was given felt 'right' from the moment I put my new glasses on. I also received excellent help choosing lenses and frames. There were no pushy sales people trying to sell me things I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Special thanks to Farah and Amie for all the help they gave me. I am one very happy customer!
