Paula, the manager, is also SO nice and very professional and knowledgable. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, which was great!
Their system decided that I needed a medium to firm pocket sprung, and gave me two decent options to choose from. This was a reassurance, as I went in with the intention to buy a firm pocket sprung mattress, because I hate my memory foam! I think the mattress I picked will be perfect for me, but only time will tell.
