I have had such a positive experience working with the Sampling Unit ltd. They have been, and continue to be a pleasure to work with. I never thought my designs could come to life, and I am so grateful for all of their time and support. Andrew, Wioletta and the rest of team are the nicest people to work with. I am especially proud to say that my designs are made by hand IN ENGLAND! Such a talented and devoted team. I can highly recommend them.

This is a bad business, avoid! They have zero respect for Consumer Rights, to a point I feel they are scammers. I had my wedding dress made here (still don't have this "wedding" dress in my possession as of right now. I paid nearly 2000). They tried to double charge me, saying they realised it took more time to make the dress, yet no communication throughout the process or asked me if I would be ok with the price increase after they had made the toile and the pattern. Deliberately made one sleeve longer than the other, asymetrical neck line, baggy fit, etc... then charged me to fix their own mistakes. They blamed me for losing weight week after week (the process took nearly 5 weeks) but interestingly, my Renpho scale showed a steady weight (I exercise regularly and track my weight daily), also no change to my clothing size. So who's lying here? I did not use the "so called" wedding dress they made for me - it wasn't done at the promised time which was the Friday before my wedding week. Less than 24 hours before my wedding ceremony, they called me and offered a discount. I said I couldn't pick it up. They said they could send it to me through a courier. However after I kinda agreed to that, they texted me saying they had no courier and I had to organise it myself. Obviously I had notime for that and I didn't have the dress for the ceremony as intended. I wore my reception dress instead (my reception dress still fitted me perfectly despite the accused "weight loss"). Immediately straight after my wedding day when I was resting, they called to chase me to pick up the dress and pay, knowing the dress they made was no longer fit for purpose. Absolutely no respect for their customer. I was too exhausted and didn't want more hassle and stress so I paid. I was advised this is what scammers do, they take advantage of your situations and talked you into paying. I previously approached them to produce samples for my womenswear collection too. They also made a lot of mistakes and charged me for fixing them. The major one was mixing up the fabric colours for different dress styles but told me to repurchase the fabric and they could remake the dresses. Really? This business operates in the UK yet have no respect for the country's consumer rights. Avoid.
