        Went with Tapi because there was a sale turns out nothing we liked had any discount so it was actually a very small one that was announced with fanfare as a generalised sale. Sales rep said they could fit half our floors in a few days, its actually taken almost a month. Once the delay was announced, he said they could fit the rest on the same day. We proceeded with the second part of our purchase on this basis, but it was all a lie. Today, fitters who declined to help us move furniture against Tapis policy that they should even-though my husband was in the middle of work, fitted our order partially. I called to complain, they received a call that I assume was from the store, but they neither apologised nor offered to help put the room back as it was. Avoid.

        Ordered a new carpet and underlay at the end of June. The carpet was fitted two weeks later. Staff in the shop were friendly and helpful; the customer service phone line was also answered quickly. I felt safe visiting the shop. The fitters were professional and came back quickly when we had a question about the underlay used. Would recommend.
