        Excellent from start to finish! From the initial phone call an extremely polite and helpful lady helped me locate the rug I was after; then the whole process through felt effortless. Amazing customer service and amazing products, highly recommended.

        Amazing stock of vintage and antique rugs and very friendly, knowledgable staff. We really enjoyed our visit and left with 3 lovely Rugs which look perfect in our spaces- would highly recommend

        Fantastic service from Matt & Connor at London House Rugs - Matt brought a selection of rugs to our house that I had picked out from the web site and some suggestions of their own having reviewed a picture of the room where the rug would be going. We tried about 8 rugs and picked out a stunner. The service was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and we didn't feel under pressure to buy....but were delighted to find a solution. Highly recommended.
