    This business is so dodgy. Once they got hold of your money and they dont want to know you. Very bad customer service, especially from the management team, and back office staff. Stay away from these cowboys at all costs.

    I'm sure most of the team is lovely in their own right, however I had a horrible experience with Monika and Yasmine; the latter was truly and exceptionally awful. I called to book my car for a suspension repair and found it terribly hard to get through to someone to process my booking, firstly. Secondly; Yasmine's tone was severe, rude, and unapologetically so. Thirdly; when the time came to book a slot, I had to check my calender so politely asked Yasmine to wait. At this point I misclicked, and accidentally ended the call. After my error, I tried to call back multiple times to get through again but was hung up on twice! This is unacceptable Sentinel. At this juncture, I must say I'm disappointed with the level of service I've received. Like I said when I began; I'm sure the rest of the team is lovely. Just hope you're not on the phone to the aforementioned individuals. It's just a headache.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - IF YOU EMAIL THEIR SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM THEY IGNORED YOU. IF YOU DONT WANT STRESS THEN STAY CLEAR FROM THIS MONEY GRABBERS, ONCE THEY GOT HOLD OF YOUR MONEY THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK TO YOU. RESPONSE TO LUCY; Sorry Lucy, the issue still hasn't been resolved, I have still NOT had my refund. I don't know where you got that from? LIE after LIE and PROMISE after PROMISE but no ACTION. I absolutely regret doing business with the most useless, unprofessional company in my entire life. See you in court. The only person that is unbalanced & factually incorrect is you and the whole of Sentinel Cars. To be precise now so the public are aware....I had a service plan with Volvo, this garage was dropped by Volvo in Jan 2023 (.....hmmm, I wonder why!?) Therefore I cancelled my plan and required a refund as this was NO LONGER an APPROVED dealership. It has taken this garage months to action on refunding my service plan money. With NO valid reason apart from pure incompetence and to quote from you Lucy 'it's complicated'. Court letters have been sent to MATT WORTON - CEO, RICHARD KIRTON - GENERAL MANAGER, no response from any of them. If this doesn't shout UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, NO CUSTOMER CARE, INEPT, APPALLING SERVICE then I don't know what is. Furthermore, to refer to your 'factual information' the reason you are only bothered about contacting me now is because you are begging me to take off the negative reviews - pathetic! Should Google or anybody else wish to contact me for factual information, I welcome it, I have all the evidence and am even willing to share Lucy's begging emails. Absolutely embarrassing. People, listen & learn - STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS to avoid giving yourself stress, robbed of your money and the most unprofessional, abominable service. I would not want anyone to go through the stress that I have with this garage, clearly Volvo UK thought the same!
