I returned a necklace to them as it broke shortly after being put on. While I did get a refund they refused to pay return postage and ignored all requests to do so, claiming the item wasn't faulty. Until..... I mentioned trading standards, within twenty minutes they found the item I returned six weeks earlier, agreed it was faulty and paid up. Initially the necklace looked nice but on closer inspection looked shabby and cheap.
