You need to get assistance from someone at the counter to use this machine as they need to type in the codes, feed the keys into the machine etc. So not fully automated. But it gets your keys cut! 9.96 for 3 keys at the moment, you do need to go to a separate till as well to pay so there's that.
Person at the till also didn't know the code to type into the till to bring up the price and had to call over the same guy that helped me initially. All of the non-automated faffing added 10-15 minutes to how long it took. Keys were 2-3 minutes each. The guy assisting me with the machine was very friendly though.
