I made an order for a signet ring to be engraved mid August. Mid September I contacted to see when the ring would be delivered, it was clear they forgot about my order and rushed it through. The ring came the next day with the wrong initials engraved. At this point I had less than a week until I needed to gift this to my husband. I return the ring special delivery, it was delivered 1pm the next day, I was also tracking the full delivery and know it was delivered. They were out of the office for two days for a jewish holiday so it was now the day of my anniversary, I call up asking if Ill get my refund as I have four hours to find a gift, they didnt care one bit, said theyd look into it and call me back. Not received an answer, Im now 220 out of pocket and looking unlikely Im going to get a refund. 220 is a lot of money for some people and now Im going to have to get another gift and be even more out of pocket. Ill have to go through small claims court and go from there. I won't give up until I receive my money as it looks like they've also scammed other people.
