Superdrug

First time I bought something from this store. I was served by Abdul. So rude. He didn't say hello he just tried to upsell me so many times after I politely said 3 times no thanks ( he offered 3 different things) while still packing and paying he called next costumer and started to serve her while he has on his hands my receipt. Don't recommend this store to others and won't be coming back.

Jaknisha was very lovely today. She did a very good job with my eyebrows and upper lip. Also, she was doing so carefully so I don't feel the pain.

Went to the harringay branch to pick up a click and collect. Staff at this branch were pleasent and helpful. They made use of the time, to try and sell me something else, whilst I was waiting for my order. Nice clean bright welcoming store.

I had the pleasure of having Saranjeet do my eyebrows at Superdrug, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish, and she made sure to listen carefully to my requests and preferences. Her attention to detail was truly impressive. Not only did Saranjeet do an amazing job on my eyebrows, but she also made the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, I can't wait to come back and see her again! Thanks so much, Saranjeet.

Store manager Abdul needs adequate training, abuses his power by making up his own rules. Thats not the role of a store manager. Things that are clearly stated on Superdrugs website, he will twist and turn it into his way, ended up abusing me because his ego wouldnt allow him to accept he was wrong, what a jobsworth. Avoid if you can if you want customer service.
