SeamossisLife!! I was introduced to the company by a friend during lockdown and I haven't looked back since. Everywhere I go, I have been promoting the company and the customer service. Today was first DHL delivery (wrapped up so good with ice bags) for me and it came in time for my Dad who is poorly at moment. Thank you so much with your swift delivery and very tasteful sea moss products plus more.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Please do not shop here. All details below: Dhl delivered my parcel to concierge which is in a completely different building to where I live. I was home all day and they didnt deliver to my home. There was no labelling to say the items had to be refrigerated either so no way dhl could have known this. I contacted seamoss is life because I went to concierge a few days after to collect a different parcel only to be told there was something else there for me. The seamoss which after a few days out of the fridge is no longer useable. Seamoss is life were very accusatory firstly told me concierge should have notified me. This is false, concierge consists of one person and multiple parcels it is not in their job description to notify everyone when there are parcels there. We have been told this by the company who owns the estate. Secondly they said it was DHLs problem so I had to contact them for a refund. I did so and DHL confirmed that the refund has to come from seamossislife not themselves and that seamoss is life can then get a refund through them as they have the contract with them. Lisa and Freddy also told me that they cannot afford these discrepancies. Reluctantly they issued me with a refund. They were so unbelievably rude, never once apologised but dhl did. They also said dhl dont deliver to flats if there is a concierge and again I contacted dhl to confirm this and they said it is false. They do deliver to flats. Never once did I get an apology for the inconvenience and false information. They did not say hello at the start of the emails they were so rude and short with me it was an awful experience. DHL email We are very sorry to hear this and we can only apologise that this has happened. Unfortunately we can not refund you because you didn't pay us for the service. Can you contact the sender of the parcel and advise them to contact us because we can only refund them who in turn reimburse you. Seamossis life email: Dhl will not deliver to your door if there is a concierge, this is due to the time it will take them. The concierge should of notified you that you have a parcel. If dhl never sent you a notification, thats a fault on their behalf. We will not receive a refund from DHL and we can't afford these discrepencies. I literally wouldnt recommend them to anyone anymore and Ive had to warn my friends and family who I previously recommended them to that they are not who they seem. Im trying to find another company to buy seamoss from because seamoss is life will never see another penny from me. Avoid this company at all costs.

Firstly apologies this review should have been here a lot lot sooner. There is no sea moss that evens come close. Organic, genuine, tasty and most importantly made with love. Teas are also fabulous. Has improved my health and hair and I wouldnt be without it. GOAT Customer service is impeccable. There is no company out there that is as friendly, conscientious & professional. In an age when customer service is dead its refreshing and I am grateful. They care and its shows. Thank you for going above and beyond and always exceeding expectations.
