The nicest GP surgery. So helpful, the Drs actually listen and respond to e-consults. The admin ladies are so lovely which is rare in GP surgeries. Abena especially is very patient and kind.

I have been a with Fernlea Surgery for 4 years now, and it's the best GP practice I have ever been registered with. Sure, sometimes you need to wait for an appointment or the phone doesn't get picked up for a while, but the reception is always pleasant to deal with, and the doctors pay attention to you.

It's taking so long to register there I'm on continue medication and I'm without my medicine edit: I registered online more than a week ago, since I got no response I went to the gp.

I have been a patient here since north and I am now 30, I am sad to say this place has only gotten worse over the years and I have been forced to this week move to another doctors who can help me I have been waiting for an appointment for months and months and when you call up for an appointment they tell you that you have to call back at 8:30 the following day which I am calling at 8:30 everyday and being on hold for a hour then when your at caller number 1 they just let the phone ring for another hour which is really bad and unprofessional and I got told I was being untrue and that I wasnt on hold. So because of these problems I have no option but to leave because months are a long time to wait and I know I am Ill and need tests but when telling them this they just tell you to call back then call back then call back if you are thinking of signing up because it is your local like me do the right thing and pick somewhere else even if you have to catch a buss or train it will be worth it
