        If you have a family member or you know someone who has a disability. DO NOT Send them to Ermine road day centre. It has bad management going all the way to the top. Racism is covered up by top management . There is good front line staff

        A few years ago my brothers left arm got burned and they kept the staff member who was meant to be on watch hidden and not tell us who they we're for their safety. So my special needs brother suffered while they carried on with their lives.

        Ermine road has always had their share of bad management. Managers stealing items and money and then trying to blame the black staff. When they have the keys to the store rooms and safes.
