The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. Michelle is the only point of contact and I have never spoke to someone so rude. How she is still employed there is beyond me. Weve had issues with our new build for over a year. She lies all the time. Pretends theyve ordered parts. They send round totally incompetent workers. We had 7 (seven) call outs to sort our plumbing and electricity and in the end had to sort ourselves. Avoid them at all costs. If youre buying a new build, make sure these guys have constructed the house.

Very unprofessional company. Unfortunately you will have to deal with someone called Michelle. Consistently let down. You could send 10 emails over the course of a few months and get nothing back. When you finally get hold of them, they're incredibly rude and will get nothing done. AVOID.

I bought a new build property (Central House E15) which they built and has multiple problems. One of the main issues has been the leak from the flat next door (which they also constructed) which I first discovered 3 months after the purchase of my property in December 2021. It is now June 2022, so for 6 months I have been contacting them to arrange for the leak to be fixed and the damages to the wall inside my flat to be repaired. They sent people round but nobody they sent round ever did the job properly so the leak continued to go on and my wall continued to be damaged. The leak from the flat next door has now finally been repaired (at least I hope it's repaired properly, it seems that way for now) yet the wall inside my flat has never been restored to it's original state. I contacted them today for a very rude woman named Michelle to tell me the repair of the wall inside my flat is not their problem as they "aren't responsible for maintenance", when I explained it isn't maintenance it's finishing the repair off as the damage was caused due to the leak from next door and my flat is under warranty (for 2 years since the purchase date in October 2021), she told me she's not aware of this. However she is aware of this, she just didn't want to deal with it. She had previously arranged for a painter and decorator to attend my flat a few months prior, yet as the leak still hadn't been repaired properly the issue reoccured and my wall was damaged once again. I explained this to Michelle saying how frustrating this situation was for me as I have had a damaged wall in my property for 6 months now. I explained that the documents I have from my solicitor state that 'George Star Builders', which is their previous name, is the construction company responsible for the warranty. I have previously emailed her all of this documentation 2 months ago at her request, yet she pretended she didn't recall that, even though we had also had a discussion about it on the telephone then also. She clearly had nowhere to go with the conversation so then responded by saying she said she didn't like my tone of voice and that I was being 'abusive' - she then used that as her excuse to then hang up the telephone! I'm still baffled by her use of the word 'abusive' because it seems very odd to me that me asking her to arrange for someone to complete the repair, as legally obliged, would be classed as offensive or insulting to her. So all in all, this company are unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Their work is shoddy, it is all very much a rushed job with lots of problems, and they don't adequately repair things when faults occur due to their shoddy work. If you're thinking of hiring them, don't.
