I was there for the performance of a sadness laden duty. I will say that the weather was extraordinary, warmest March day for 53 years, but back to the Church itself, its a church of England traditional church with a wide and very diverse congregation reflective of it's Stamford Hill Parish. Inside is a beautiful traditional Church, operating under covid restrictions as all public venues now must as they apply. This Church has featured in my life in the performance of more "sadness laden duty" in the past and has then as now been a space for sadness, partings and hello and welcomes. In the end it's a church with a welcoming Vicar with at this time a trainee vicar soon bound for Barbados! My picture will indicate the duty I with others had to perform
