I went there as a last result as i had no where else to do before my holiday. The staff there are actually friendly, however the service is terrible! I was place in a terrible room which they called spa on the floor there was a bucket of water filled with warm water and thats all. I had a pedicure which was awful no hard skin removal, no massage just cream applied to my feet then back in water. I was charged 25 for this and it was a waste of money , for that price i would expect a full proper pedicure. I will need to go get another pedicure tomorrow. My toe nail length are not even the same, what a waste of money. the quality of my pedicure was terrible! Service: Pedicure

I was excited about the visit in that salon after reading so many good reviews, unfortunately I didnt get a chance to experience that. On Sunday (8.05.2022) I have booked an appointment for Tuesday for certain time, on Tuesday morning I got the confirmation about my afternoon appointment. I came 5 minutes before the schedule. The lady was very surprised that I got appointment today (she didnt even knew that I was booked for today). She told me to sit down and wait 40-60 minutes - why? Very unprofessional customer service. I have paid in advice, my travel took me 45 minutes. I was there before scheduled time and at the end in turned out that I need to wait another hour for my appointment. When I asked about refund I got it straight away but the nail artist which was doing another appointment at the same time she start talking in her own language, it sounded like she was very upset, like I cannot wait this 1 hour. So not professional, poor quality and rude staff Edit response - the lady doing my nails did not speak English and didnt understand what I was asking for and did the mistake and charged me for the service that I didnt want or ask her to do. Once again very rude. Service: Manicure
