Didn't want to leave this but after 3 emails chasing up and a text message via their contact us page to say they'd get in touch, I've still had no contact from them. Can't comment on anything else but just a shame they haven't responded 4x in 2 weeks.

All I can say is I had a party of 48 kids and was hiring the bounce house and soft play with cars. I rang on the Wednesday all was fine then on the sat at 9 they said they were on the way and then about 20 mins later told me there not coming as they had broken down. I said I had a man with a van and some lads that could collect gave a few ways to get it to us they turned down all and said we're not coming this was lest than 2 hours before the party. I was in total panic I explained I had 48 kids didn't try to solve anything said ring this other company (they had none available an hour n 40 mins before a party) and basically didn't care. TERRIBLE and completely ruined the party I was devastated and so we're my 2 children I would never ever go to them and would never advise anyone else too I'm still so angry even now it was the first party I had held for both my kids. Not reliable at all and not helpful even when they canceled just shy of 2 hours before to. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wow, thank you so much for our bouncy castle hire today for our sons joint birthday party! Can't recommend these guys enough. The 2 men who came to install it for us today were great. Very friendly and kindly informed us how to use everything (bluetooth speaker for the disco light). Turned up on time with no problem. The kids had a great time. We would definitely use these again. Staff were great explained everything made sure i was happy before they left littleones had a fab day on collection was asked again if all was ok really good service will use again and reccomend to friends and family
