        I was sent here today to have blood tests because knowsley & st Helens phlebotomy are in disarray, anyway currently being investigated for bowel cancer as they found a bit of blood in my stool sample.....I suppose when can only say so much. I am an open book kind of bloke, but suffer with PTSD and after the nhs letting me down yet again! Donna the phlebotomy nurse could see I was in melt down, she sprung into action & bent over backwards to help me. She really is a shining example of mutual respect. Thankyou Donna from the bottom of my heart .,.from George Barkley
