MCM Estates and Lettings (Jacksdale)

Phoned Wednesday last week to arrange a viewing of two properties, 1 of which is empty, only virtual viewings, which is not a problem. Tried calling today, no answer, left a voicemail, no reply, phoned again twice more, option 1 for sales, went dead each time. Still nothing of the viewings. Tried calling again yesterday (Monday 01/06), yet again no answer, voicemail left. My wife called, it was picked up straight away, only to be told that an offer had come in LAST WEEK for one we wanted to view and that my wife could apologise to me on their behalf and that they weren't 'ignoring my calls'. I have never heard such lies. Tried to call again this morning as still no virtual viewing for the 2nd property....... Voicemail yet again. If I see a property that fits the bill but is being sold bt MCM, I will bypass it and look elsewhere. 1 star on this review is 1 too many, it has 1 as I have to put something, otherwise it would be a definite ZERO.

If it wasn't for nicky at mcm after a traumatic process of bying a property through mcm the solicitors involved had literally given up in all parties in our chain but she never gave up and thought all the way our own agents where zero contact once sold but she rung at least once a week with possible updates she is an absolute credit to her proffesion and deserves all the success she truly deserves I only wish we would have gone through them as our sellers and conveyancing

After a painful process with our mortgage lender, slow solicitors and the general stress involved in moving during a pandemic, the only thing that kept us sane was Nicky from MCM. I know from previous experience how very hard it is to find a decent estate agent, and would not hesitate to recommend MCM if you are selling your home. Thank you Nicky and your team for making the whole process bearable!
