My oven broke 3 days before Christmas.I phoned Carl at 9am. He diagnosed the fault over the phone. I asked if hed be able to fit a new oven before Christmas if I could get one in time. He said hed be there at 9am the next day to install it. I phoned him later that day to let him know Id managed to buy one. He said he had someone in the area and they could come right over. Joe arrived promptly and did a brilliant job. Installed the oven and found a solution when the oven didnt quite fit in the existing space. Really happy with the service I received and will definitely be using Definitive Electrical again. Service: Installation

Definitive Electrical Solutions are my "go-to" company. I was lucky to find them several years ago when I needed and electric cooker wiring in, and have used them since. Their team are polite, competent, punctual, and extremely friendly. One of their qualities that impresses me is that they have time for what could be considered smaller jobs. Yesterday, after attending to my issues (a dodgy light-pull in the wet room, and removing and making safe a defunct socket/timer for underfloor heating) Ricky & Matt explained that they were then going to an industrial appointment that sounded to me so complicated that it was worthy of something from a science fiction film. Definitive Electrical Solutions have the integrity to not to ignore those of us who are smaller, domestic jobs, and I applaud them for that, as in the past, various electricians have told me, "It's not worth my time, mate." Can't praise them enough to be honest. Had multiple obstacles and issues to surpass on this end and every time I was met with a flexible and helpful approach to solving the problems at no extra cost. Price remained static all throughout the process and even had out of hours calls and visits to answer questions I had. Would hope I never need to do such a large project again but if i did, no doubt who is getting the call. Really friendly bunch to chat with both in the office and on the job as well. Thank you.
