I'd never used a dog walking service before, so I was a little bit anxious and didn't know what to expect. Right from the initial consultation, Roz and Luke put my mind at ease instantly. They were very thorough, asking lots of questions about Max that reassured me that they had a great understanding and genuine love of dogs. Max now goes out for walks 1-2 times a week and he's always happy to see them pull up outside. He has a great time, and I feel reassured knowing he's getting the same care and attention he would get from me. On another note, Roz and Luke's customer service is fantastic. They're attentive, friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you're happy.

We have been using Pet Companions for a little while now. They were recommended to us by our vet when our ability to take our lively dog for a lively walk became suddenly compromised following injuries to both of us. Our dog enjoys his twice weekly jaunts very much indeed. They collect him from our house and return him there. They have a professional approach: providing evidence of their training and experience and working to a written contract. Both members of the team have been previously involved in animal rescue and welfare and have a quiet, careful style which reassured us and our dog. Neither make a big fuss of flapping and cooing around him. Instead, they quietly and carefully get to know his individual style and preferences and work with him in a way that suits him best. Our dog goes for an individual walk but its possible for an animal to go out in a small group.

We used Pet Companions Nottingham's cat sitting service while we were on holiday, and they were excellent. We got daily WhatsApp updates about our cat (Bunsen), with lots of photos of him looking very happy, relaxed and getting lots of fuss from Luke. We had a much better holiday ourselves knowing Bunsen was being so well looked after. We got home to a report card of his daily activities and a very happy cat- The most important thing for us! The second most important thing was the punctuality and professionalism of Pet C' Notts, from initial meeting to key drop off they turned up when they said they would, and showed a genuine interest in our pets. I would highly using recommend Pet Companions Nottingham and we will definitely be using them again.
